PRESS PASS REGISTRATION
We welcome media representatives who are interested in covering our convention. We offer complimentary press passes to members of newspapers, TV stations, and popular fandom websites who plan to produce coverage in various media formats (e.g., blogs, news articles, radio, TV). To qualify for a press pass, applicants must verify their credentials with a recognized reporting organization or a well-established online presence.
Please note that we do not provide complimentary press passes for individuals who do not intend to create editorial or photographic content about the convention, such as documentary filmmakers or private photographers.
Press Guidelines
Press badges are intended for reporting purposes only and do not confer any special privileges. Please ensure you do not obstruct the work of our production and staff teams or disrupt events. Failure to adhere to guidelines, including any misuse of press privileges or lack of cooperation with staff, may result in the revocation of your press pass and potential exclusion from future events.
For Photographers: Those using press badges are prohibited from soliciting or offering paid photo sessions during the convention.
Application Deadline
Applications for press credentials must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the convention. Please be aware that we do not accept on-site press registrations, with the exception of local TV stations and newspapers.
